Initial item delivered in good time, unfoirtunately there was a fiult with the unit that coused it to blow the OBDII fuse, an e-mail describing the problem was responded to promptly and a replacement unit was supplied in good time.

This is a great company to deal with.

Item delivered on time, Has not been used yet as vehicle fault has not occurred again. Vehicle ECU has no no logging facility so have to wait for fault to show.
Am all prepared with hardware and software, looks promising.

Thanks for the fast reply and delivery very happy with my obd2 scanner for my e46 beema saved me a lot of time and money will be updating to a new scan tool soon for my merc thanks again highly recommend these guys

I didn't had the chance yet to test the item but I want to thank all the support given on this order: upon receiving there was a mistake in the item sent (it was the USB and not the Bluetooth one). When I wrote reporting this there was an immediate help and support not only in providing the correct item but also in helping with the necessary documentation to help at the Customs locally. At the end this is what makes the difference: the support. Errors can happen but not letting the Customer without answers is what triggers a good from a bad service. Excellent !

Faced with a slightly broken Mercedes brought me up against the issue of how to diagnose the problem.  That brought me eventually to Stahlcar. The website is easy to use, and the most through I could find on the net. I queried Stahlcar about the most appropriate model; their vote was for the slightly cheaper one which impressed me as it cost them potential money.  Service was pretty much immediate and shipping only a day from Auckland to Wellington, (order early in the day). Couldnt ask for better service.
