The iCarsoft MB V4.0 is the flagship dedicated handheld for Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter, Smart and Maybach. It combines full-system diagnostics, bi-directional active tests, CAN-FD support, 41 service functions and lifetime WiFi updates with a 5-inch Android touchscreen.
Mercedes group software is pre-installed, and two additional supported manufacturer groups can be downloaded at no extra cost.

The MB V4.0 is designed specifically around Mercedes-based vehicle electronics. It can scan supported modules throughout the vehicle, read and clear fault codes, display live data, command components directly and perform many service, adaptation and component-replacement procedures.
Compared with the MB V3.0, it adds touchscreen operation, direct WiFi updating, rechargeable Android hardware and two additional manufacturer downloads. The MB V3.0 remains the lower-cost choice for users who prefer tactile buttons.

Full-System Diagnostics and Active Tests
Depending on the vehicle, accessible modules may include engine, transmission, ABS, SRS airbags, ESP, electronic parking brake, air suspension, steering, body control, climate control, battery management, lighting, instrument cluster and diesel emissions.
Active tests can operate supported pumps, windows, sunroofs, locks, lights, fans, injectors, relays, valves and other electronic outputs to help isolate faults.
Service and Maintenance Functions
The 41 categories include oil reset, electronic parking brake service, steering-angle calibration, throttle relearn, DPF regeneration, injector coding, ABS bleeding, battery management, TPMS functions and air-suspension service.
Further routines may include air-conditioning service, headlamp calibration, engine and transmission adaptations, seat and window learning, fuel-pump procedures, EGR and AdBlue resets, NOx sensor reset, turbo relearn, high-voltage battery functions, camera and radar procedures and other vehicle-specific tasks.
Adaptations and Coding
The MB V4.0 supports selected Mercedes adaptations, teach-in procedures and coding-related functions on compatible modules.
Important: It is not a universal Mercedes flashing or online SCN-coding tool. Security gateways and model-specific ECU restrictions can limit functions.
Hardware and WiFi Updates
The tool uses a 5-inch Android touchscreen, quad-core processor, 64GB storage and a 5000mAh battery for around six hours of use. Updates install directly over WiFi.

Vehicle Compatibility
