Live Front and Rear Tyre Pressure with a Dedicated Handlebar Display
This motorcycle tyre-pressure monitoring system uses two external valve sensors to display front and rear tyre pressure and temperature while riding. The compact screen mounts on the handlebars and provides audible and visual warnings without requiring a phone app.
The monitor charges through its integrated solar panel, with magnetic USB charging available when sunlight is not sufficient.

Tyre pressure affects steering feel, braking, tyre temperature and tyre life. A slow puncture can be difficult to notice on a motorcycle until handling changes. The TPMS provides an early warning when pressure moves outside the selected limits or drops quickly.
It is designed as a monitoring aid while riding. The manufacturer’s recommended cold tyre pressures should still be checked with an accurate manual gauge.
Best Suited For
This system suits commuters, tourers, adventure riders and motorcycles used for longer trips. It is particularly useful for riders who want pressure visible at a glance and do not want to open a phone app or depend on phone notifications.
Live Pressure and Temperature
The display shows the front and rear sensors separately. Pressure can be viewed in common units, and the monitor also shows the temperature reported by each external sensor.
The temperature reading is measured at the valve sensor. It is useful for identifying unusual heat changes but is not the exact internal carcass or tread temperature of the tyre.
Pressure Changes While Riding
Tyre pressure normally rises as the tyre warms during use. Recommended pressures are generally specified when the tyres are cold, before the motorcycle has been ridden.
The alarm limits should allow for normal pressure increase. Setting the high-pressure alarm too close to the cold pressure can cause unnecessary warnings after the tyre warms.
Pressure can also change with ambient temperature. A cold morning may produce a lower reading than the previous warm afternoon even when no air has escaped.

External Valve Sensors
The sensors screw onto the front and rear tyre valves in place of the normal valve caps. Because they are outside the tyre, installation does not require removing the tyre from the wheel.
The sensors use replaceable batteries and are secured with the supplied anti-theft nuts. Keep the fitting spanner with the motorcycle so a sensor can be removed when air needs to be added.
Valve-Stem Compatibility
External sensors add a small amount of weight and leverage to the valve stem. They are best suited to sound metal stems or suitable short rubber stems in good condition.
Do not fit them to cracked, perished or unusually long flexible valve stems. Check that the sensor cannot contact the wheel, brake components or bodywork at any point.
Monitor Power and Automatic Wake-Up
The display has an internal rechargeable battery. The solar panel helps maintain charge during normal outdoor use, while the magnetic USB cable can be used when the motorcycle is stored indoors or sunlight is limited.
A vibration sensor wakes the monitor when the motorcycle moves and allows it to sleep when parked. Sensor readings may take a short time to update after the system wakes.
Solar charging reduces the need for manual charging but does not guarantee that the display will remain charged indefinitely in a garage or during winter use.
Installation and Setup
- Check both tyre pressures manually and set them to the motorcycle manufacturer’s recommended cold pressures.
- Fit the anti-theft nuts to the valve stems.
- Screw the front and rear sensors onto the correct valves.
- Tighten the anti-theft nuts against the sensors with the supplied spanner.
- Apply soapy water around each valve connection and check for bubbles or air leakage.
- Mount the display where it can be seen without obstructing controls or instruments.
- Set the preferred pressure unit and suitable high, low and temperature alarm limits.
- Ride carefully and confirm that both sensors update correctly.
Recheck After Installation
Check the sensor tightness and tyre pressure again after the first ride. If a wheel develops vibration at speed, remove the sensors and have the wheel and valve installation checked.
Sensor Battery Replacement
When the display reports a low sensor battery, the coin-cell battery inside the affected valve sensor can be replaced. Work in a clean, dry area and ensure the sealing ring is seated correctly before refitting the cover.
After battery replacement, confirm the sensor is still assigned to the correct wheel and check the valve connection for leaks.
What TPMS Does Not Replace
TPMS does not inspect tyre tread, sidewall damage, valve condition or wheel damage. It also cannot prevent a sudden puncture.
Continue checking pressures with an accurate manual gauge and inspect the tyres regularly. If a rapid-leak warning occurs, slow down smoothly and stop in a safe place rather than relying only on the displayed number.
