The UDIAG A200 is a configurable professional handheld scan tool supplied with one vehicle software option of your choice. It provides full-system diagnostics, bi-directional active tests, ECU coding and adaptations, 40+ service-function categories and full ten-mode OBD2 diagnostics on supported vehicles.
Additional vehicle software can be added later, allowing the same tool to cover up to five selected makes or manufacturer packages while retaining lifetime free updates for the installed software.

The A200 is a practical step up from a basic code reader. Instead of limiting diagnosis to the engine, it can communicate with supported control modules throughout the vehicle, display live data, perform maintenance procedures and command selected components directly.
Its configurable software model makes it particularly useful for an owner, specialist or smaller workshop that concentrates on a limited number of vehicle makes and does not need unrestricted all-makes coverage.

How the Vehicle Software Choice Works
The purchase price includes one vehicle software option from the list below. This is the dedicated manufacturer software used for full-system diagnostics, active tests, coding, adaptations and service functions on supported vehicles.
Further software options can be added for NZD $90 each, with the A200 able to hold up to five selected vehicle software packages in total. Updates for installed software remain free for the life of the tool.

Full-System Diagnostics
Depending on the selected software and vehicle, the A200 can access all available control modules rather than only the engine. These may include engine management, automatic transmission, ABS, SRS airbags, electronic parking brake, body control, instrument cluster, climate control, TPMS, suspension, steering, fuel systems and other fitted electronics.
For supported modules, the tool can retrieve ECU information, read and clear fault codes, display freeze-frame information and monitor live operating data. This gives a much clearer view of warning lights and electronic faults than a basic OBD2 reader.
Bi-Directional Active Tests
The A200 can send commands to supported components and systems to confirm whether they respond correctly. Available tests vary by vehicle, but may include operating pumps, fans, relays, valves, lights, windows, locks and other electronic outputs.
Active testing helps distinguish between a failed component, a wiring problem and a control issue without replacing parts simply to test them.
Service Functions, Coding and Adaptations
The A200 provides more than 40 service-function categories. Depending on the vehicle, these may include oil-service reset, electronic parking-brake service, steering-angle calibration, throttle relearn, TPMS functions, ABS bleeding, battery registration, suspension adaptation, injector coding, DPF procedures and adaptive-transmission routines.
Selected vehicles also support ECU coding, security access, component matching and adaptation procedures. Function depth varies by vehicle and control module.
Coding and Programming Limits
The A200 supports vehicle-specific coding and adaptation functions where included in the selected software. It is not a universal ECU flashing, key-programming or online manufacturer-coding tool.
Full Ten-Mode OBD2 Diagnostics
On compatible OBD2 vehicles, the A200 supports the complete set of ten generic emissions-diagnostic modes. These include reading and clearing engine fault codes, live data, freeze-frame information, readiness monitors, oxygen-sensor tests, onboard monitor tests, pending and permanent codes, vehicle information and supported component tests.
Live Data and Fault-Code Information
The A200 displays live sensor data in text or waveform graph form. Two data graphs can be merged for easier comparison when checking related signals.
A built-in diagnostic trouble-code library provides code definitions directly on the tool, helping reduce the need to search separately for basic fault information.
